CHILL OUT Flag Ministry is currently in operation and faciliated inside of Riverside Correctional Facility by Sister Marcia Wilson-Diop. The flag minstistry works with the Dance Ministry of the CHILL OUT Program to add culture, praise and worship to each of our Kin Mate graduation cycles.
